I bought my policy online

You can renew your policy online in a few easy steps:

  • Log in to your account, using your user name (your email address) and password. Forgot your password? Don’t worry, just click the ‘Forgot your Password’ link and we’ll email you instantly to reset it

  • Click on ‘Retrieve/Renew Policy

  • Follow the steps to check your details and add any new insurance you might need

  • Pay by credit or debit card to renew your policy

I bought my policy over the phone
