If you have a joint life plan and more than one plan holder is changing their name, you'll need to complete a form for each individual.

Once we've received your form and supporting documents, we'll post them straight back to you - job done.

In order to change your address, please give us a call.

That way we can verify it's you before updating the details we hold about you.

Contacting us about your new address may not be top of your list, but it's important we hold your correct details so we can keep you updated about your plan.

Phone our UK based team from Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6.30pm and on Saturday 9.30am - 12.30pm, excluding bank holidays.

We may record or monitor calls for training and quality purposes.

Change my bank details

We'll process your changes you have requested. After we've updated your bank details, you need to allow at least 13 working days before the next payment is due.

If you think this will mean your plan will go underpaid, please either send a cheque for the next payment or contact us to confirm we can collect any underpayment once the direct debit is set up.

We will be in touch to tell you when the direct debit will be coming out of your account.
