Accessibility at Zurich

At Zurich UK, we aim for our services and websites to be accessible and easy for everyone to use. We offer choices in how you receive information and a range of ways to get in touch with us, so we can fully meet your communication needs. If you have a different need that’s not covered here, please let us know when you contact us.

We believe everyone should benefit from accessing the digital world, and we are continuously working to improve our web accessibility by following the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). We’re always open to feedback. If you have any suggestions, just click on the 'feedback' tab on the side of the page and let us know.

Communication preferences

If you prefer a different way to receive information or contact us, we’re here to support you.  If you need help, you can reach us by calling us or through Live Chat found throughout our website. We've suggested some options that might help, but if you have specific preferences or requirements—such as those related to neurodivergence, like autism or ADHD, or a health condition like dementia—just let us know.

Digital accessibility

Customising your web experience

There are many different ways to browse our website. You can search AbilityNet’s website for ‘how-to guides’ to adapt your phone, computer, or tablet to meet your needs. (Zurich is not responsible for the content on external websites.)

We’ve made every effort to make our sites in the Zurich Group as web accessible as possible. If you need further help, please get in touch.

Accessibility guidelines

At Zurich, we follow internal accessibility guidelines aiming to meet AA standards of WCAG 2.1 as a minimum.

We welcome your feedback on any aspect of the accessibility of Zurich websites, please contact us by email:
